Style

Now that I don't have babies and toddlers hanging off my necklines and earrings, I am finding it fun to dress up, or down, with some new fun styles.  I tend to dress conservatively, but I am hoping to update my look with some new (to me) style.

However, for this past Sunday morning, I was in the mood for yellow.  It is Spring, after all! 

I'm wearing a cute yellow cardi from Marshalls (bought on sale) and a skirt I got last August on clearance from Christopher and Banks.  











The shoes are a pair I bought on sale from Payless a few years ago. They are super-cute!  I love the little tie-up deal.  I think that little detail adds so much interest.  I was going to wear my new white pumps, but our driveway is so muddy that I chickened out. 







In case you didn't notice, there is repetitive use of the word "sale" and "clearance".  You don't have to spend a boatload of money to feel and look pretty.  

I am totally in love with the color yellow this Spring.  What is your favorite Spring hue this year?
